Exchanges & Store Credit
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Refunds are not offered.
Final Sale Items
Due to the nature of these products, opened slime, putty, squishies, sensory items, and other tactile toys are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help make it right.
